Below are a selection of photos showing some of the activities enjoyed during our enrichment lessons which take place on a Friday afternoon. Everyone takes part; the Teachers and Learning Support Assistants all take small mixed age groups of children and share their skills. Activities range from Animal Care, Music, Sewing, Dance, Singing, Art etc.

In the 12 pictures above, Foundation children were identifying shapes in the school environment. They were searching for circles, squares, rectangles, triangles, hexagons and pentagons. Have a close look at some of the pictures which contain a combination of more than one shape. For example; How many circles make up the perimeter of the hexagon sandpit?

How many triangles are there on the circular drain cover?

These children are having fun at an Art club run by Miss Cross (Year 6 Teacher) and some parent volunteers. as you can see they have made some wonderful creations.
