Classes 3B and 3/4 S/F spent a lovely day at Flatford Mill in Suffolk. They enjoyed the sunshine whilst sketching the mill, house and countryside.

OUROYATEA PARTCELEBRATIONS

One of our Year 3 pupils created a very interesting pizza - one half was healthy with the other half being indulgent and not so healthy :-) Take a look at the images below to gain som inspirational ideas to create your own unusual combinations and flavours.

Year 1 have been hatching some cute little chicks. The children have absolutely loved the experience of seeing the chicks pop out of their shells. Below are some of the chicks at various stages of development which has all happened in a few days from hatching t day one to characterful chicks at day 3! Meet Hercules below who didn't stop kicking for an hour solid in his attempts to break out!

It's always lovely to see the sun and enjoy some outdoor learning as well as making the most of studying nature in our pond area. Take a look below and see if you can spot the Water Boatman, identify the type of Newt, Butterfly and bird and spot the cheeky squirrel.

Take a look at the children having a fun day with Laura Samuel at our Olympics day.Laura is a British track and field athlete who competes in the triple jump.

Below are a selection of photos from our fundraiser day with Mrs Springett. The children had a fabulous time helping Mrs Springett raise a staggering £441.66 for the Whizz Kidz Charity. A huge thank you to all the pupils, Parents and Staff who made this possible. 

The foundation children visited Hollow trees Farm recently to experience being a farmer for the day. They hunted for worms, fed animals and learnt about planting seeds. it was a cold day but that didn't stop them having a great time!

KS1 pupils had an amazing day learning about life during Medieval times.They tried their hands at sewing, baking, hunting, calligraphy and more with the day concluding with a banquet of food made during the day! A huge thank you to the parents/carers for helping make the day a fun event by providing their children with costumes. The staff had fun too!!
